Last week brought about exciting progress for the Six Corners revitalization efforts.
On Thursday, July 6, Culver’s broke ground for their first Chicago location at 4939 W. Irving Park Road. With construction underway – the butter burger serving, frozen custard outlet plans to open their doors in November of this year.
Binny’s Beverage Depot, 4901 W. Irving Park Road, has been busy at work stocking their shelves with a wide selection of quality liquor ahead of their July 21 ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Elly’s Pancake House, 4925 W. Irving Park Road, has finished the demolition and in the process of acquiring their permits. Elly’s anticipates finishing the build-out and opening their doors by October of this year.
I am encouraged by the progress made in recent months at Six Corners and am confident the new developments will continue to have a ripple effect on the continuing revitalization efforts in our community.
